Multimodal transportation is the transportation of the same goods through different modes of transport, but within the same contract. For example, if you need to carry out transportation from the countries of Southeast Asia, the cargo is first delivered by sea to the nearest port from our customs warehouse, then it goes towards Russia or another country of the recipient. The advantage of multimodal transportation is that you do not need to contact several different companies to move your cargo – all transportation services are carried out by the same company, which reduces not only time, but also the cost of the service.
